Cradle Arc
Wardell Armstrong International prepared a Competent Person’s Report (CPR) for Cradle Arc as part of their admission to AIM. The Company’s principal asset is the Mowana open pit copper mine in Botswana which had been bought out of insolvency following the collapse of the previous venture.
As well as the CPR, Wardell Armstrong International undertook a Mineral Resource update for the Company and provided a maiden Ore Reserve statement, prepared in accordance with JORC (2012).
Cradle Arc has since taken the mine from care and maintenance and is working towards an annual ore production rate of around 1.2Mt with the opportunity for future expansion.
