ISO 45001:2018 Accreditation

An ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management systems transition audit, by Exova BM Trada, recently took place at our Head Office in Stoke-on-Trent. The auditor’s findings resulted in approval for our accredited health and management systems to transition successfully from our current Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series standard – OHSAS 18001:2007, to the International Organization for Standardization occupational health and safety management systems standard – ISO 45001:2018.

The new international standard was approved in March 2018 by the ISO Member National Standard Bodies and is applicable to any organization that wishes to establish, implement and maintain an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system to improve occupational health and safety, eliminate hazards and minimize OH&S risks (including system deficiencies), take advantage of OH&S opportunities, and address OH&S management system non-conformities associated with its work activities.
