Rebecca Marvell

A commercially focused Geo-environmental Consultant and project manager with over twenty-five years experience in both consultancy and regulatory roles. Rebecca advises clients on various aspects of redevelopment schemes including: contamination issues; environmental liability appraisal; foundation types; abnormal development costs; earthworks and remediation requirements.

Rebecca is the Cheshire Brine Subsidence Compensation Board’s Chief Officer and as a private statutory consultee, is responsible for consultations from the Planning Authorities and Building Control regarding new development as well as the assessment and management of compensation of damage to land and buildings caused by subsidence due to brine pumping.
