Neil is experienced in negotiating mineral leases and option agreements;  monitoring of mineral operations for compliance with lease and planning consents; collecting rents and royalties; designing opencast mine and quarry design layouts for new and existing mineral development; preparation of planning applications and Environmental Statements; topographical surveys of mining operations; volumetric surveys; mineral reserve assessments and ground monitoring.
