A chartered mineral surveyor and RICS registered valuer with over 20 years’ experience in the minerals and waste industry. Mark manages a large portfolio of mineral and waste assets on behalf of many private landowning clients. Mark has particular experience in estate management, the negotiation of mineral and waste agreements, mineral and waste valuations, Mining Code and compulsory purchase claims and the calculation of restoration bonds.
