Kelly Ibberson

Kelly has worked in transport planning for over 10 years. She assists in the preparation of Transport Statements and Assessments for a variety of development proposals and has experience of writing and coordinating Travel Plans for new developments with positive outcomes. She also has experience of traffic and transport data collection methods and analysis.
