Sudbrook Remediation and Earthworks Scheme
Wardell Armstrong was retained by Harrow Estates plc as the Project Supervisor and Project Manager of a remediation and earthworks scheme at their 100-acre St Regis Paper Mill site. Services provided included design and specification of the remediation and earthworks operation, preparation of NEC3 Contract, tender management and contractor selection, contract administration and management, supervision and verification of remediation and earthworks and liaison/negotiation with Regulatory Authorities. Pre-remediation works included site investigation and detailed quantitative human health and groundwaters risk assessment, remediation options appraisal and preparation of a remediation strategy.
