Keele University SEND Project
Wardell Armstrong undertook a detailed feasibility study, obtained planning permission and provided technical input into the procurement process for a multi-faceted renewable energy project at Keele University. Technologies brought forward at the site include wind energy, solar PV and various forms of energy storage with the aim of maximising self-consumption, reducing costs and meeting ambitious carbon reduction targets. The project is still underway and will be entering the planning process towards the end of 2018.
