Hitachi ABB North Sea Link
Wardell Armstrong carried out a lighting assessment of the North Sea Link converter station located at East Sleekburn, Northumberland. The assessment was carried to discharge a Condition to ensure the additional lighting would not exceed pre and post curfew lighting levels at the nearest sensitive receptors. A day and night time survey was carried out at locations around the site, as well as at sensitive receptors. The assessment concluded the lux levels were well below curfew levels and the assessment was approved by Northumberland Council.
