Feasibility Study, Zn-Pb Project, Montenegro
Wardell Armstrong International reviewed and compiled all sections of a Feasibility Study for a polymetallic open-pit project in Montenegro.
Our role was to identify any gaps or shortcomings in the individual Chapters of the Feasibility Study produced by third parties, to seek solutions to these issues where necessary and compile the overall final Feasibility Study documentation. This work involved a large multi-disciplinary team reviewing all aspects of the project including geology & Mineral Resources, Mining & Ore Reserves, Process Design, Infrastructure and Environmental & Social Impact Studies.
Wardell Armstrong International supported ESIA and Human Rights Screening with social baseline studies, human rights screening , including Gender- Based Violence and Harassment (GBVH) aspects, and social impacts on behalf of a confidential client on a mine in Montenegro. The ESIA was developed in accordance with IFI Standards
