Edinburgh BioQuarter is a world leading centre for life sciences, combining acute healthcare facilities with teaching buildings, research and lab facilities and commercial offices.
Wardell Armstrong’s landscape team were initially appointed to support the Masterplan and developed the highly endorsed Placemaking Strategy to establish the site wide public realm vision. The team are currently leading the implementation of the first phase of public realm- a £7M new boulevard linking the hospital with commercial site as well as the externals to several major new buildings including the Centre for Tissue Repair.
