Central Asia Metals Limited

Service Area: Mining Economics
Location: Macedonia

Wardell Armstrong International prepared a Technical Due Diligence for Central Asia Metals Limited (CAML) on the Sasa underground zinc-lead mine in Macedonia which was a target of the Company’s acquisition strategy.

CAML ultimately completed the reverse takeover of Lynx Resources Limited, the previous owner of Sasa, for US$400M in late 2017.

As part of this work, a team of Wardell Armstrong International engineers visited the property to undertake a thorough audit of the project including mineral resources, ore reserves, mining strategy, processing methods, infrastructure, environmental and social factors as well as a financial analysis of the project.

Wardell Armstrong International has previously been involved with CAML on their highly successful Kounrad Dump Leach copper project in Kazakhstan.
