The Heap Leach Facility was located in the wadi 3km from the open pit with water for the heap leach operation assumed to be sourced from a local aquifer. Wardell Armstrong International provided support to Aton in their submission to the Egyptian authorities of the Declaration of Commerciality of the Hamama West oxide deposited as reported by Aton on 31 May 2018
