Our Mineral Estates Team Expands to the South of England

To accommodate the demand for our services and new opportunities in the South of England, we are now providing mineral estates services from our office in Truro, Cornwall.

Wardell Armstrong are recognised experts in minerals and waste. Our mineral estates management team brings together specialist chartered mineral surveyors and valuers, planners, geologists, and mining engineers to deliver property solutions for clients throughout the UK.

Joshua Conibear (MRICS) has recently been appointed as an Associate Director Minerals Surveyor, and will be based in our Cornish office. This follows on from the recruitment of mineral surveyors into our Bristol and London offices last year, whilst continuing to maintain and grow our established mineral teams in Cardiff, Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle upon Tyne.

Service Director for Mineral Estates, Jane Iwanicki said: “We have had a real focus on recruitment over the last 18 months and have been fortunate to attract experienced minerals and waste property professionals as well as bringing in new talent through the apprenticeship and graduate routes.
