New Regional Directors in Stoke-on-Trent and Truro
We are pleased to announce that from the 1st April 2022, Caroline Mellor is the Regional Director of our Head Office in Stoke-on-Trent, and Alison Allen the Regional Director of our Office and Laboratories in Truro.
As a specialist in ecology, Caroline has two decades’ experience in multi-disciplinary projects supporting the commercial, residential, infrastructure and education sectors, and recently leading environmental mitigation works for HS2. Caroline will be succeeding Keith Mitchell who remains in a firm-wide role as Managing Director. Keith, who had held the role since 2012, will now have his work focused by the firm’s 13 UK regional offices. Technical Director and Planner Chris Bean will take over the role that Caroline has been promoted from, as Head of Planning and Environment in Stoke-on-Trent.
Chartered Environmental Specialist and Fellow of the Institute of Material’s, Minerals and Mining, Alison has over 20 years of international experience and is an expert on the environmental and social impacts of mining, managing technical commissions in international development and assisting clients in their requirements for financial institutions. Alison succeeds Phil Newall who remains in the firm as Service Director for Mining.
