Tim Daffern is a Mining Engineer with approximately 16 years international experience in both surface and underground mining operations, Tim has served as General Manager, Factory Manager, Assistant Mine Manager within the minerals industry, as well as in construction and manufacturing sectors.

He has considerable practical experience in operations management, mine development, contract management and mine economics, in a variety of mineral commodities, including base and precious metals, industrial minerals and coal.
