Staff Development

Our staff development strategy sets out our intentions for developing our staff at every level. We provide formal training workshops to develop personal and managerial skills, and encourage technical staff to undertake training to build on their capabilities.

We encourage all staff to identify informal development opportunities and implement these with the support and guidance of their line manager. At Wardell Armstrong we recognise that our people have a broad base of knowledge and experience, and so we support internal knowledge sharing to assist with problem solving and future strategy.
