To achieve best value for the asset we carry out sieve analysis, tenders, direct negotiation and other methods.
 
On behalf of investors and operating companies, we advise and negotiate on all aspects of purchasing minerals and mineral bearing-land. This includes site and resource identification, minerals assessment, valuation and negotiating agreements for acquisition - sometimes involving a combination of capital purchase, lease and licence to be sure of securing the best deal.
 
We also work with tax and legal advisers to formulate agreements that take account of specific considerations such as taxation.
