The Graduate Road Map is an integrated development experience that is tailored to the individual needs of each graduate. The range of development you can expect to receive includes:

• Foundation training on key aspects of personal effectiveness and time management.
• Access to a range of supplementary workshops such as: report writing, presentation skills, project management, mentoring and coaching, negotiation skills and understanding finance.
• Technical training appropriate to your role and including health and safety, use of equipment, etc.
• Continuous professional development in support of membership of your professional institution.

In addition, you will learn and develop your skills through your involvement in the varied assignments and projects that you will be part of; coupled with mentoring support to provide advice and guidance at the outset of your career.
