The presence of protected species on a site need not preclude development, but it will be necessary to ensure the species concerned is not injured, killed or its habitat diminished.

We have extensive experience working with protected species and are able to carry out protected species surveys to assess the impact of a development upon the species concerned and design effective mitigation schemes including habitat creation and management plans.
