Our Senior Construction Director is an experienced adjudicator, being on both the Construction Industry Council and the Institution of Civil Engineers’ List of Adjudicators for Building and Civil Engineering.

He has received adjudication nominations from the ICE, the Construction Industry Council and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (as well as from parties themselves).

Various senior personnel within the Group are also retained from time to time to advise parties involved in adjudication, mediation, arbitration and litigation.
