| We regularly prepare contracts and
related documents for a wide range of Construction
and Ground Engineering activities
and under a number of different contract conditions. Standard contract documents
– usually adopting ICE conditions - are normally prepared ‘in house’ with
contractual ‘options’ being agreed with the client beforehand. Bespoke contracts
or those involving significant variations to standard conditions are referred,
where necessary, to a specialist legal advisor in order to protect all parties
involved and to minimise the prospect of future disputes and claims.
Our contract experience includes site investigation, earthworks,
construction, ground treatment, landscaping, piling and vibro replacement, and
